The people’s community centers (chitalishte) keep Bulgarian spirit, culture and traditions. The oldest community center in the town of Kavarna is Chitalishte “Saglasie”, which was founded in 1890.
The village of Balgarevo is located at about 6km away from the town of Kavarna, near the Kaliakra cape. The community center “Naroden buditel” is located in the center of the village.
