Municipal Center for services and information is opened on September 24, 2004. Located in the center of the town it is convenient for access by all the citizens. The Administrative center of the Municipality is made according to all European requirements. It was the first step to the establishment of Electronic Municipality and a part of the Electronic government plan.
   Work places of the Municipal departments „Land Ownership and Management”, „Territorial structure and construction work”, „Tourism and economic” are located in the Center for services and information. „Civil Registration and Administrative Service (CRAS)”, “Records department”, as well as the lounges of Mayor and Ombudsman of Municipality Kavarna are found there.
